You Need to Be A Lighthouse For Men
To have a positive impact on the future of masculinity, it's essential to engage with real people in the physical world. Rather than spending all your time gaming or engaging in online debates with strangers on social media, go out and demonstrate a positive example to the younger generation.

Masculinity Is Under Attack
Society has attacked manliness in nearly all venues of life. You see it when you turn on the TV with your favorite character recast to fit the new agenda. You see it when you play video games when masculine males are replaced with strong female Mary Sues. You see it on your phone when you scroll social media. What type of an effect will this have on the self-esteem of impressionable young boys and men?
Now we have a society filled with confused men who don't know what it means to be men. We have broken the nuclear family and caused a generation to be raised without a positive male role model in the house. As silly as it may sound, some boys need strong examples of masculinity in the media because they don't have it at home. The percentage of boys living apart from their biological father has almost doubled since 1960—from about 17% to 32% today; now, an estimated 12 million boys are growing up in families without their biological father.
Here is how you can push back against the war on masculinity
Many people are expressing their disgust towards Budweiser's new marketing campaign featuring trans activist Dylan Mulvaney. This is partly due to the influence of ESG, a movement that encourages corporations to prioritize woke ideals such as diversity and environmentalism. Black Rock Investments CEO Larry Fink is supporting this movement by backing companies that meet these standards. As a result, large corporations may make marketing decisions that don't align with their customer base. It's unclear how long this can continue.
To have a positive impact on the future of masculinity, it's essential to engage with real people in the physical world. Rather than spending all your time gaming or engaging in online debates with strangers on social media or forums, it's important to go out and demonstrate a positive example to the younger generation.
One of the best places is by coaching or assisting with young men or boys. This can be done with sports, boy scouts or volunteering with at risk youth. You can leave a powerful impression and help shape the future. Think back to your youth. How many coaches left a positive impact on your life? How many life lessons did they teach you?
Show people in the physical world how they can reclaim their manhood.
Forget about the ESG and stop drinking Budweiser. If you’re that concerned about an advertisement for a terrible tasting beer and an old guy spending government money, then you need to look inward. Men are meant to be resilient. Men are meant to rise above petty adversity. This is only going to make you stronger.
Real men are not having their perspectives of masculinity formed by Budweiser social media posts. Think about this. Who did you look up to when you were growing up? Rambo? Rocky? He-Man? I am pretty damn sure it wasn’t the guy on the shampoo commercial or the bro wearing Axe body spray.
You know who shaped my image of masculinity growing up? My brother. My father. And a couple of great teachers. Athletes like Brian Urlacher and Michael Jordan. My karate instructor who was so badass he’d be too over-the-top for a movie. This guy was a black belt who flew F-16s in Desert Storm and then flew a C-130 Hercules. That’s a real role model for positive masculinity.
I get the frustration and concern with the media and goofy dads on TV sitcoms. And if you want to boycott Budweiser, go for it. But one problem I have with modern society is the desire to attack the negative image and constantly play defense. How about a halftime adjustment? Instead of constantly responding to the content the media chooses for us, let’s get ahead a step.
How Will Future Generations Embrace Masculinity
The fundamental concern for men today is the image of masculinity that future generations will embrace, and how to ensure that young men and boys develop a positive view of masculinity and a positive self-image. My suggestion is to get involved.
One way to make a positive impact is by improving the image of masculinity in your local community. For instance, I am involved with a martial arts studio, and surprisingly, there is a shortage of men. This issue is also present in schools, where women tend to dominate authoritative roles. By shaping the future of masculinity and making your mark on this world, you can help ensure a brighter future for mankind.
Men need to get out in the real world and help influence the next generation or the future of numales and gender dysmorphia will continue.
You want to take a stand, then let’s start by getting real boots on the ground and fixing the course of the current culture. Find a way you can become a part in shaping the youth of your community. Be the positive role model they need you to be.
This will require you step up your personal game though. This may require you to get back in shape, to dress better and to act assertive and confident. Read my concise book Reclaim Your Manhood for a guide to being a positive role model for young men. Young men are begging for positive male role models.
You say you have no time to get in shape, or cook a good meal, but you level up your meaningless avatar in a video game. It's not that you don't have time, but that you have the wrong priorities. You need to be honest with yourself here. There are a few touchy subjects that people will defend like addicts. Gaming is certainly one of them.
From Screen Time to Swole Time: How Gamers Can Trade Distraction for Progression
Are you tired of spending your entire workday staring at a screen, only to come home and stare at another screen? Let's be real, aside from the negative effects on your health, is this really the lifestyle you want for yourself?
Instead of pouring all your energy into gaming, why not channel it towards real-world grinding? Many gamers have found the gym to be a satisfying hobby because it offers the same level of progression. You can start with the basics and gradually increase the weights, just like leveling up in a game.
Plus, hitting the gym has some amazing benefits. Not only will you be improving your physical health, but you'll also be boosting your mental health. Exercise has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. So, it's a win-win situation.
And let's face it, wouldn't it be nice to finally have a hobby that doesn't require you to sit in front of a screen for hours on end? You'll be able to interact with real people and form connections that go beyond just a username on a screen.
So, next time you feel the urge to spend hours on end gaming, consider hitting the gym instead. Your body and mind will thank you for it. Plus, who knows, you might even meet some like-minded people who share your passion for both gaming and fitness.
Playing video games can provide a temporary sense of achievement, but it’s a hollow victory that ultimately leaves you unfulfilled. Gaming can consume your time and leave you feeling unaccomplished, leading to low self-esteem.
The good news is that you can change your life at any age. It’s never too late to start making positive changes. Begin by setting achievable goals and sticking to them. Whether it’s hitting the gym, taking up a new sport, or volunteering in your community, the key is to be persistent and disciplined in your approach.
Incorporate your children into your new lifestyle, and encourage them to join you in your pursuits. Not only will it strengthen your bond, but it will also teach them the value of hard work and dedication. So put down the controller, step outside, and start making a real impact on your life and those around you.
The greatest problem facing modern society is the lack of positive male role models for young men. Jordan Peterson has become a father figure for many young men who are seeking guidance and inspiration. It is evident that young men are in dire need of mentors and role models who can guide them on the right path.
As someone who has accumulated valuable knowledge and experience over the years, you have the power to positively impact the lives of young men and boys. You can help fill the void that many of them feel by sharing your wisdom and advice.
We often forget that we are the exception, not the rule. The majority of people spend their time on mindless activities like playing video games and eating junk food. Simply showing a better way of living can make a significant difference.
Let's work together to save the future of masculinity. By being a positive role model and sharing our knowledge, we can make a significant impact on the lives of young men and boys, and ultimately shape a brighter future for our society as a whole.

Why We Run
We don't run to lose weight. We don’t run just to work out. Sure, those are benefits, but they’re not the reasons we lace up our shoes and hit the pavement or the trail day after day. Running transcends fitness goals and calorie counts. It’s not about shaving seconds off your mile time or staying in shape—though we all want those things, too. Running is about something deeper, something that goes beyond the physical.
