How Porn Makes You Creepy to Women
Why do men pay for porn online when there's plenty of free porn? Because psychologically men want to feel like a provider.

The average guy in his 20’s spends his free time playing video games, watching porn, watching sports or mindlessly scrolling through social media.
But you don’t want to just be “average.”
Living life on the sidelines. Watching other men achieve their goals and dreams. This is no way for a man to live his life.
If you’re on the Path To Manliness, you need to stand out from the masses of boring dudes.
One of the biggest plagues of modern life is porn addiction. It's quietly become a serious problem for nearly all men. (82% of men in a recent study claim to be regular porn users)
And porn consumption is making you come across as creepy when you talk to girls. How so?
Porn warps your mind. It changes the way you think and causes you to sexualize your daily interactions with women.
Sound weird? Let me explain. After a weekend of doing nothing but gaming, your mind gets stuck thinking about nothing but video games. The same thing happens with porn. If you are constantly looking up sexual images, then it's going to be on your brain all the time.
This will lead to you objectifying women. You'll find yourself staring at her chest instead of her eyes. You'll be focusing on what she looks like naked instead of engaging in an interesting conversation. And guess what? She can tell EXACTLY what you're thinking about.
And then you have an awkward interaction. She'll be creeped out by you and instantly turned off.
Fun fact: Women are people. And to be a functional member of society, you need to be able to comfortably interact with all people, including women.
Life will be hard for you if you can't comfortably interact with women. This is not just about picking up women. You need to be able to talk to the women you run into via work or through friends. Your son is going to have women for teachers. Almost all of them, in fact! And watching porn makes your interactions with women more awkward.
Porn addiction makes you a slave to your impulses. You get obsessed with digital women rather than pursuing real women. And these THOTs (That Hoe Over There) will manipulate you. If you ever want to lose faith in humanity, look up Findom. (Not Safe For Work)
If you are a porn consumer, you are lost and lack discipline. You are addicted to cheap thrills of seeing girls naked without putting forth the effort to pursue a meaningful relationship or learn how to talk to women. Only Fans is the Fast Food of the sexual marketplace. It's quick. It's easy. It's unhealthy.
There's a better way to live!
Why do men pay THOTs online when there's plenty of free porn?
Because psychologically men want to feel like a provider. Financial responsibility is one of the most common perceptions of what makes a man a man. And if you can't provide for a woman in real life, you fill this void by giving your hard earned money to streamers.
In your mind, you think this gives you power over women. You believe that one day this girl will be so impressed by your tips that she'll run away with you and get married. (Don't marry camgirls!)
How To Stop Watching Porn
Porn addiction is a complicated issue and I'm not going to solve your problem with one article. But you can start with this one parting tip: Unfollow all thots!
This is one of the biggest triggers leading to porn. Guys will be scrolling thru the timeline of whatever social media and then they get a scantily clad woman. The next thing you know, you're running off to some xxx website. Get these triggers out of your life.
The social media algorithm plays into this problem! Many people will watch, like or comment on post. This was a reddit meme: Upvote because girl.
Go one step further with Instagram. When you see a “Instagram model” on the search section, click on it. Then click the 3 dots in the corner and then “not interested.” Over time this will train the algorithm to stop showing you posts like this. I did this and now my Instagram is full of car pics, gym motivation and Homelander memes.
If you’re ready to quit porn today, my friend Adam Smith has a great guide designed to help you stop using porn. This 12 video course will show you why you keep relapsing and help you live a life free of porn.

Why We Run
We don't run to lose weight. We don’t run just to work out. Sure, those are benefits, but they’re not the reasons we lace up our shoes and hit the pavement or the trail day after day. Running transcends fitness goals and calorie counts. It’s not about shaving seconds off your mile time or staying in shape—though we all want those things, too. Running is about something deeper, something that goes beyond the physical.
